Any student planning to participate in a school sport must have a current athletic physical on file prior to participating in try-outs, practices, or games. This requirement is set by the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association (TSSAA) to ensure the health and safety of all student-athletes. Physicals must be up to date and submitted before any athletic participation is allowed.

The athletic physical below is the document that the physician will need to complete.
